With more than 20 years’ experience in supply chain optimisation and a strong record of accomplishment in FMCG, Salim Essack is a highly accomplished Mechanical Engineer with a Black Belt in Lean Manufacturing. His career includes having successfully led the design and launch of leading-edge manufacturing solutions for high-profile organisations. He has deep expertise in implementing breakthrough improvements and designing optimised facilities. Considered a subject matter expert in his field, Salim is accustomed to driving execution of multi-million rand projects across multiple locations.
Stuart Walker
Co-Founder of LiveFactory
Having started his career as a management consultant for Accenture, Stuart has over 20 years experience in change management in multinationals. With a degree in electronic engineering, he is passionate about creating and implementing reliable human-centred software solutions that drive real value realisation for clients.
Nelson Shabangu
Lean Leader, Industrial Engineer
With a post-graduate in Industrial Engineering and having worked on lean implementations for the likes of Nestle, Nissan, AMKA and Massmart, Nelson is a seasoned Lean implementer with a great deal of hands-on experience. His forte is working with our client’s staff to implement best practices and drive Kaizen projects on the shop floor. Nelson is also our LiveFactory support engineer. He is very experienced in mobilising, training and supporting teams using LiveFactory.
Ibrahim San
Lean Leader, Industrial Engineer
With a degree Industrial Engineering from the Akdeniz University in Turkey, he has worked on improvement projects in industrial, food and FMCG factories both in Turkey and South Africa. He has also received an award for his improvements at the Lipton Unilever Factory. His forte is in process improvement, production planning and ERP integration.
